Project

Cleveland Municipal School District - Max S. Hayes Vocational High School

Details

A 3-story, 228,220 sf building constructed in 1957, Max S. Hayes was renovated to a state-of-the-art urban high school and technical career center that also accommodates adult education and a high school extension serving older students. MEP systems were replaced, exterior revitalization occurred, and site design was accomplished. Braun & Steidl Architects, in concert with faculty, CMSD reps, the OSFC, and Middough Consulting developed a program resulting in a dynamic and evolving facility.
